American Apparel were establishing their Sydney retail presence with a high profile corner position in Darlinghurt. This is an old building, the design took advantage of the original features in the building while over laying a modern contemporary feel to match the retailers brand. A modern track lighting system was installed to provide the necessary lighting and look for the store.

Charter Hall decided to create a sustainable office environment. This was a Green Council of Australia 5 Green Star rated fit out. AEG were required to work with the builder, engineers and client to create a practical, cost effective outcome with a 5 star rating. Consequently, this fit out including extensive lighting control and energy management.

Super Group were consolidating serveral business groups into one building over three floors. This was a tight program delivered on time. With several business groups operating together, AEG were required to liaise extensively with Super Group CIO to ensure the network cabling was suitable and future proof.
